Fender Flares & Hoods
Since we are also a body shop, we can install and paint aftermarket body components like fenders, fender flares, and hoods from companies like Advanced Fiberglass Concepts, Bushwacker, and DV8.
Bushwacker Fender Flares
Fender flares are a great way to add a bit of styling as well as provide more tire coverage when running a wheel with a bit of negative offset. We recommend Bushwacker as they solely specialize in creating quality fender flares for trucks and 4×4’s.
- OE Style Flares (Left): These flares act as a nice form of trim for your vehicle and provide about 3/4" of tire coverage, and you can get these either in a textured black finish or painted to match your vehicle in select colors
- Extend-A-Fender (Right): These flares not only contour and flow well with the body of the truck, but they are also great for if you need a couple inches more of tire coverage and want to overall give your truck a bit more of a beefier look
Paint to Match Flares
- Since we are also a body shop, we can professionally color match and paint a set of Bushwacker fender flares to the color of your vehicle or any custom color that you would like resulting in a set of fender flares that look like they came with the truck from the factory
- This is a great opportunity to add a bit of styling to your truck giving it a more muscular and flared out look as well as giving you more tire coverage for wheels with a bit of negative offset
- We use Glasurit paint, a high quality paint manufacturer that is used on many European cars from the factory, and they warrant their paint for the lifetime of the vehicle
Advanced Fiberglass Concepts
Advanced Fiberglass Concepts is one of the top automotive fiberglass manufacturers on the market today. Located out of Southern California, they specialize in hoods and flared fenders for the new Ford Broncos.
Ram Air & Heat Extractor Hoods
- Advance Fiberglass Concepts also features two different hoods for the new Ford Bronco
- Their Ram Air hood, pictured on the left, features nice lines that pair well with the 5" fender and quarter kit
- Their heat extractor hood, pictured on the right, features an air induction area towards the base of the hood that looks great when painted flat black

Before & After
- This kit is composed of Advanced Fiberglass Concepts flared fiberglass fenders and quarters that are designed to replace your factory fenders and flares.
- They provide 5" of coverage, which is the same as the Sasquatch flares. They also can come with fender liners, which we recommend to include.
- What we do is we remove your factory fenders, quarters, and flares and then install the fiberglass fenders and quarters to get them fitted, so all lines are correct and straight.
- The next step is to remove them to get them prepped for paint, and since we are also a body shop we can professionally color match the fenders and quarters and blend them to the rest of the vehicle.
- We use Glasurit paint, a high quality paint that is used on many European cars out of the factory like Porsche, Mercedes, etc.
- Once this is all complete we reinstall the fenders and quarters and the final result is a vehicle that looks much more custom and adventure ready than it did before.
- The combination of these high quality fiberglass components, our auto body expertise, and the process of painting with Glasurit paint in our AFC downdraft bake spray booth, you will get a Bronco that looks like these fenders and quarters came with the vehicle from the factory.
DV8 Jeep Hoods
DV8 makes two different style steel hoods for the Jeep JL & JK Wranglers & Gladiators. The one pictured on the left is their Heat Dispersion hood and the one on the right is their Rubicon Replica hood, and like all the other components on this page, we can professionally paint these hoods to match the color of your Jeep.
